- Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid)
- Keep unique tone of voice consistent across all channels
- Generate, edit, publish and share original content
- Create and edit social media video content
- Plan and coordinate the development of graphics
- Engage with followers on social media
- Create a regular publishing schedule
- Track social media trends
- Benchmark competitor activities
- Measure, analyse and report on social media channel performance
- Work alongside other marketers and external agencies
- Create and optimise FB Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Must have
- Min. 1.5 years of commercial experience in social media
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong skills in writing and social media communication
- Understanding the role of social media in business
- Experience in creating a social media strategy
- Experience in executing and measuring the effects of social media strategy
- Experience in creating and optimizing FB Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to create and edit videos for social media
- Excellent command of English (C1)
Nice to have
- Ability to use social analytics tools: RecurPost, NapoleanCat (or similar), BuzzSumo, Brand24, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of the technology sector
- Knowledge of Confluence/JIRA
