Social Media Specialist

Tasks

• Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with broader business goals
• Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid)
• Keep unique tone of voice consistent across all channels
• Generate, edit, publish and share original content
• Create and edit social media video content
• Plan and coordinate the development of graphics
• Engage with followers on social media
• Create a regular publishing schedule
• Track social media trends
• Benchmark competitor activities
• Measure, analyse and report on social media channel performance
• Work alongside other marketers and external agencies
• Create and optimise FB Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Must have

• Min. 1.5 years of commercial experience in social media
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
• Strong skills in writing and social media communication
• Understanding the role of social media in business
• Experience in creating a social media strategy
• Experience in executing and measuring the effects of social media strategy
• Experience in creating and optimizing FB Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to create and edit videos for social media
• Excellent command of English (C1)

Nice to have

• Ability to use social analytics tools: RecurPost, NapoleanCat (or similar), BuzzSumo, Brand24, Google Analytics
• Knowledge of the technology sector
• Knowledge of Confluence/JIRA

4700 - 6000 PLN net B2B or 4000 - 5000 PLN gross CoE
