HR Administrator | recruitment agency

We are currently looking for a student with a good knowledge of English to take care of our job posting.

We are a boutique recruitment agency working in the medical sector, mainly in the Australian market. As we are expanding, we need some help with posting our vacancies on the website. 

It's a part-time job - around 15 hours per week. Your working hours would be flexible - we work 11pm-4am or 4am-9am Polish time, you don't need to :) The pay rate is 23zł/hour for the first two months and then 25zł/hour (umowa zlecenie).

We have been working remotely since 2013. We want to expand our team with people who communicate in English and like to work from home - whether in a shirt at the desk or in pyjamas on the couch ;)

What would you do:

• Edit and post job advertisements in English (main task);
• Prepare candidates' CVs (occasionally);
• Support recruiters on an ongoing basis;
• You will learn the tools we use every day;
• You will learn about foreign labor markets in the medical sector;
• You will see what working in an employment agency looks like - we will show you what projects we are implementing and what plans we have for the future.

It would be great if:

• Your English is very good;
• You feel responsible for the tasks entrusted to you,
• You pay attention to details;
• You have student status in Poland.
