Opis stanowiska:
For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of EU PPWR Regulatory Project Manager (M/K).
Zadania:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of EU PPWR remediation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable project plans for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Packaging, Compliance, Risk, Sustainability and Operations teams to ensure alignment on regulatory interpretations and deliverables
- Monitor changes in relevant regulations and proactively adjust project scopes and strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to senior stakeholders and regulators
- Implement best practices for regulatory project governance, including documentation, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication
Wymagania:
- Proven experience managing projects in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, FMCG etc)
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to your sector (e.g., FCA, GDPR, ISO standards, MHRA, EU standards or equivalent)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical or legal jargon into clear, actionable guidance
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for anticipating and mitigating risks
- PMO Certifications i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, or regulatory-specific training
