Trainee in Customer Service with Bulgarian
Scope of activities:
- Being constantly in touch with assigned business customers, providing them with service in one of languages: Bulgarian + English and Polish;
- Training and integration of the customers on the TRANSPOREON platform;
- Technical support for the customers’ employees using TRANSPOREON platform;
- Administrative tasks;
- Some minor translations.

- You are proficient in Bulgarian;
- You have very good English and Polish;
- You are a student, but you are available minimum 20 hours/week;
- You are familiar with computer programs (MS Office especially) and web applications;
- You are outstanding in communication and interpersonal skills;
- You are reliable person with strong team-player orientation and customer focus.
