Opis stanowiska:
For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Talent Sourcing Specialist with language (M/K).
Zadania:
- Pipeline Management: Manage pipelines and support CRM activities within ATS
- Ensure data enrichment and accuracy/completeness for inbound, rediscovery & talent pool prioritization
- Publish job ads through relevant sourcing channels (internal and external) and monitor quality and visibility
- Perform sourcing & screening, to prepare longlists for mass recruitments and on-demand needs to share with TA Team
- Monitor internal applications (POP Regional)
- Maintain data & records in the Avature, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Set up sourcing/screening dashboards & reports and share outputs to the Zone TA team
Wymagania:
- Fluent English and other languages (German/ French/ Italian/ Spanish) at a minimum B1+ level
- Experience in a similar position (candidate acquisition and selection; candidate experience management, data analysis)
- Knowledge of HR tools

Oferujemy:
- Employment contract directly with the company (initial 3-month contract, subsequent indefinite-term contract)
- Salary range: PLN 12,000–12,500 gross + annual bonus
