Becoming a Policy Administrator at Capita:
As a Policy Administrator you will work for the one of largest insurance company in Germany. You will support the clients in creating insurance, providing clients documentation, dealing with premium collection and policy alterations requests. You will use German language skills, team working attitude and attention to details approach to provide excellent client service level via email and phone call.
What you’ll be doing:
• To carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly tasks, as described in service schedule and standard operating procedures.
• To answer incoming calls from customers.
• To communicate with the client (insurer) in complex cases.
• Assisting in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors).
• Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times.
• To prepare letters being sent out to customers/insurance brokers.
• To carry out work as directed by the Team Leader and Manager.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Skills you need to succeed:
• Fluency in German (both spoken and written)
• Good level of English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access
• Strong customer service skills
• Accuracy and orientation to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Being flexible in working hours as well as having capability to multi-task
