Finance Customer Service Junior Specialist for AP
Responsibilities:
- Operational tasks: processing transactions such as internal or 3rd party supplier invoices; ensuring that transactions are processed in an efficient manner; supporting necessary activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting; executing analysis and reports as assigned
- Customer service: providing phone and email support for customer service; processing all kind of internal/external requests according to SLA’s and quality requirements
- Continuous improvement: collaborating with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization
- Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensuring invoice processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- English and German on at least B2 level
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in teams and with deadlines
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service area or in Finance Shared Services for a global company would be an asset
- Experience with ERPs would be an asset
