Finance Customer Service Junior Specialist for AP

For our client, an innovative leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility, industry, transport and infrastructure customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact, we are currently looking for:

Finance Customer Service Junior Specialist for AP

Responsibilities:

• Operational tasks: processing transactions such as internal or 3rd party supplier invoices; ensuring that transactions are processed in an efficient manner; supporting necessary activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting; executing analysis and reports as assigned
• Customer service: providing phone and email support for customer service; processing all kind of internal/external requests according to SLA’s and quality requirements
• Continuous improvement: collaborating with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization
• Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensuring invoice processing

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• English and German on at least B2 level
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work in teams and with deadlines
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service area or in Finance Shared Services for a global company would be an asset
• Experience with ERPs would be an asset
