Opis stanowiska:
For one of our international clients, we are looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Coordinator to support a global programme covering over 900 workers across multiple markets.
This international role involves coordinating contingent workforce processes, working with stakeholders across Procurement, HR, business teams and suppliers, and ensuring efficient and compliant execution. You will also contribute to process improvements, data quality and manager support, acting as a central coordination point rather than performing operational onboarding tasks.
Zadania:
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, budgets and business priorities.
- Coordinate new contingent worker requests, supplier engagement, onboarding, extensions and offboarding.
- Guide managers through the appropriate processes and connect them with the relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Work with staffing suppliers, payroll providers and regional partners across Europe and selected global markets.
- Monitor supplier performance, recruitment progress, onboarding readiness and recurring service issues.
- Track contract end dates, extension needs, outstanding actions and process dependencies.
- Maintain accurate workforce data and prepare regular status updates highlighting risks, delays and required decisions.
- Analyse workforce needs, supplier capabilities, talent availability and local market conditions.
- Create and improve process maps, manager guides, FAQs, training materials and other process documentation.
- Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Legal, Finance, Contingent Workforce Operations and regional teams.
Wymagania:
- At least 3 years of experience in contingent workforce, MSP, RPO, recruitment or HR coordination, vendor management or a procurement-led hiring environment.
- Good understanding of the contingent workforce lifecycle, including intake, supplier engagement, onboarding, extensions and offboarding.
- Strong process-oriented and analytical skills, including experience with reporting, data quality and Excel.
- Experience in process mapping, developing documentation or improving operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Ability to advise hiring managers and coordinate multiple suppliers, teams and countries.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and confidence working in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Very good command of English.
- Availability to work during European business hours, with occasional flexibility for other time zones.
Additional advantages:
- Experience working within an MSP programme or for an MSP/RPO provider.
- Exposure to Workday, Magnit, Beeline, Fieldglass or another HRIS/VMS platform.
- Experience supporting multi-country contingent workforce programmes.
- Knowledge of Czech, Romanian or Spanish.
