CLARIANT IN POLAND

Clariant has been present in Poland for 25 years and has strengthen its position on the local market by establishing the Shared Services Centre (SSC), which is a part of Global Business Services, in 2013 in Lodz. Polish branch handles processes for Europe, Middle East and Latin America and its distinguishing feature is a very wide range of operations and having ownership of end-to-end processes. We are providing services in 8 languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, German and Polish. Having in our SSC over 300 employees from 23 different nationalities we are a truly international team.

Your application is verified in terms of criteria and requirements in job advert or current job vacancies.

STAGE 3 HR Call

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will contact you for initial short call interview, which should not take more than 10 min.

STAGE 4 Specialist knowledge and language review

You will be invited to language verification and business interview with one of our Managers and HR Representative. You should book hour for this meeting.

STAGE 5 Decision

Final step of a selection process is a decision about making an offer to successful candidates and we hope that you will be one of them. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will call you to inform you about status of your application.

STAGE 6 On-boarding

You will be a part of an On-boarding program since the first moment in Clariant and during first few weeks you will be accompanied by a ’buddy', colleague from your team, who will answer all the questions you may have.
