The team you'll be part of

is Global Care Team for Network Management System. We solve technical problems for around 500 customers worldwide. Our Customers are the biggest mobile operators and use our NMS to manage and monitor their Networks.

Our experts comprise the support of customers (in line with contractual service agreements) and internal Nokia stakeholders in pre- and post-sales activities with technical and non-technical topics, including first level contact with customers for software and hardware incidents or requests. We also act as a primary interface to R&D for escalation of customer problems and their follow-up till resolution.

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Learn Linux, Oracle, SAN, LAN/WAN Network, and some elements of GSM (from 2G to 5G)
  • See how do we solve complex problems on the real customer environment.
  • You will help us to manage our LAB environment
  • See how do we communicate with internal and external customer and R&D

Your skills and experience 

You have to have some knowledge about:

  • Linux
  • IP Networks
  • Programming languages

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Basic knowledge about telecommunication networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G)
  • Virtualization
