What you will learn and contribute to

When you were a kid, did you take apart your electronic games and small home appliances because you were curious as to how they worked? Were you able to put them back together so they still worked? Did you make improvements, so they worked better?

Our People Services Product and Technology Learning Solutions Operations Quality Assurance team is looking for an intern with a natural curiosity to learn how things work and how to make them work better.

During this internship you will...

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve a Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and/or other programing algorithm/solution to automate parts of the quality analysis of our eLearning offerings

Your skills and experience

You have:

• A natural curiosity about learning and knowledge of what defines an exceptional learning experience
• The ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments
• Experience with building Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or other algorithms using one or more general programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, JavaScript)

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of creative and critical thinking techniques in the effective design, development and implementation of quality assurance and testing programs
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity of adult and modern learning principles
• Strong English language skills (editing, proofreading)
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data for easy consumption and understanding
