You will be supporting our communications and employee engagement enhancement through high-standard and state of the art communication and trainings materials preparation.  

The team you'll be part of

Operations and Transformation Team, facilitating Unit Efficiency through operational and transformation projects, Competence Development and Communication  

What you will learn and contribute to

As a Working Student Communication & Graphics Support in our team, you will:

• Create and assist content developers in designing graphics and multimedia solutions for Trainings, WebPages, UI part of Applications, Dashboards and communication materials.
• Create and edit content on internal and external communication channels (intranet, website, newsletter, others)
• Follow existing Nokia documentation multimedia standards, but you also actively shape them by continuous research on more innovative solutions that better fit the expectations of effective communication
• Cooperate in employee engagement projects
• Collect project documentation

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Basic experience in materials preparation like: trainings, podcasts, movies, posters, newsletters etc.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Forms, Sway)
• Experience in the communications field
• Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Basic, proven experience with graphical tools

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of communication and media market trends and the ability to do research
• Good organisational skills
• Positive energy, sense of humor, enthusiasm and proactive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fast and accurate with good attention to detail
• A head full of ideas and being open to challenges
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate)
