The team you'll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

You will be a part of the team providing technical support expertise for Customers in Europe and Latin America.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support Experts to solve complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment
  • Contribute to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organisational unit
  • Interact with customer for complex cases, providing workarounds, etc.
  • Support Experts for Root Causes Analysis (RCA) analysis and report creation
  • Perform basic system level product competence training and knowledge transfer across teams

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Student in either Telecommunications or IT/Electronics
  • Basic knowledge of radio systems - 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G
  • Basic IP knowledge
  • Analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Basic understanding of Cloud solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
