We're looking for a bold and passionate person who will take on the role of a Workforce Coordinator.

Main Duties:
Collect Information for Forecasting/Planning
- Collect relevant program information about contractual KPIs/operational assumptions,
- Collect information about "What If" scenarios impacting KPIs/Financials,
- Validate planning assumptions,
- Tool management (creation/update of campaigns).
Forecasting
Internal Forecast:
- Create forecast with trend analysis (level, seasonality, trend),
- Signoff/agreement from client to lock forecast.
External Forecast:
- Validate client forecast with trend analysis (level, seasonality, trend),
- Lead forecasting calls,
- Validate and recommend changes or acceptance of forecast,
- Update forecast in WFM tool.
Planning
- Calculate staffing and designing shifts in collaboration with Ops,
- Scenario building,
- Update planning assumptions,
- Calculate requirements,
- Update learning curve.
Skills and Experience:
- min. 2 years of experience in workforce management (either in 1 or multiple roles),
- the ability to think both logically and creatively,
- high degree of organization (switching between priorities as needed) and a commitment to continuous learning,
- experience in juggling between resources to fulfill business requirements,
- experience with capacity planning and forecasting,
- the ability to manage/interact with multiple stakeholders.
