Venue Specialist (part-time possible)

At Tagvenue, an EventTech startup, we are a team of 30+ energetic, self-driven and positive individuals. We’re building the world’s smartest platform that enables our customers to find the best possible venue for their events. We launched in mid-2015 and within a short period of time, we achieved a market leader position in the UK. Currently we're expanding internationally and we'd love for you to grow with us! 

We’re seeking a highly motivated Junior Venue Specialist to help us onboard best venues, build their profiles and maintain the best quality.

• Maintaining a high standard of venue profiles by checking profile quality and taking action when required
• Supporting venue managers in profile creation 
• Identifying the best new venues and passing them to our sales team for onboarding
• Working with our listed venues to improve their profiles on Tagvenue and help them attract the right type of clients
• Improving our venue KPI’s by solving problematic venue manager cases and communicating effectively with our partners
• Handling ongoing venue partner issues, answering questions, reporting bugs
• Improving KPI’s of our search results by identifying top and bottom venue performers and optimising the order of results

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English in a business and everyday setting
• High level of commitment, motivation and flexibility
• Ability to work independently
• Outstanding attention to detail
