Responsibilities
- Answer customers’ inquiries about usage of Transporeon platform
- Be in touch with existing customers, provide them with service
- Provide technical support for the customers’ employees using Transporeon platform
- Work on administrative tasks as problem analyses, accounting issues
- Clarify requirements with customers and adapt them to product standard
Qualifications
- Fluent language skills in Polish, English and Czech or Slovak
- Availability to work min. 20h/week
- Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)
- Organizational skills and initiative
- Fast technical comprehension
- A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability
- First experiences in a similar job would be an advantage
