  • Answer customers’ inquiries about usage of Transporeon platform
  • Be in touch with existing customers, provide them with service
  • Provide technical support for the customers’ employees using Transporeon platform
  • Work on administrative tasks as problem analyses, accounting issues
  • Clarify requirements with customers and adapt them to product standard


  • Fluent language skills in Polish, English and Czech or Slovak
  • Availability to work min. 20h/week
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)
  • Organizational skills and initiative
  • Fast technical comprehension
  • A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability
  • First experiences in a similar job would be an advantage
