The team you’ll be part of 

Mobile Networks is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

What you will learn and contribute to  

• Preparing materials and presentations for meetings and events
• Supporting recruitment: scheduling job interviews, candidates screening
• Supporting onboarding for new employees
• Coordinating hardware ordering, allocation and exchange
• Ordering office supplies
• Preparing letters, reports and other documents based on provided information and requirements
• Ensuring information and documents flow within the company
• Providing administrative support and information to the teams
• Coordinating and maintaining SharePoint community and other communication forums
• Other ad hoc tasks depending on current company needs

Your skills and experience

• Active status student
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Self-management and good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professionalism, responsibility and commitment to work
• Problem solving skills
• Initiative and willingness to constantly learn and develop
• Experience in working in a similar position will be an additional asset
