About Talent Development Adventure – Digital Marketing & E-commerce

Talent Development Adventure is a tailor-made, 12-month Management Trainee Program with 2x 6 months’ rotations and working on concrete business projects. This is a great opportunity for ambitious, entrepreneurial and passionate students or early graduates with 35-40h/week availability, who would love to develop their skills and discover the L'Oréal world!

During the adventurous journey in the L'Oréal you will:

  • Take part in dedicated digital marketing and/or e-commerce projects during 2 rotations, each lasting 6 months, where you will be:
  • Analyzing relevant, available data on the Polish and Baltic markets
  • Support managers responsible for digital marketing, social media & advocacy or e-commerce depending on the assignment
  • Support in creating communication plans, commercial offers, working on dedicated digital campaigns and e-commerce actions
  • Working on projects evaluations and reports about the results
  • Support constant business growth of the certain division or brands  by working on and being involved in different aspects of projects like strategy, planning and execution, building exceptional digital customer experience through digital campaigns and great working e-commerce and achieving business results
  • Learn about L'Oréal and the best beauty/FMCG/luxury industry cases, practices and innovations
  • Develop your commercial acumen & business understanding, analytical, presentation and cooperation skills
  • Have a real chance to continue your career @  L'Oréal after the program

You're the perfect match if you have:

  • At least Bachelor's degree or are studying in 3rd year of a Bachelor's or are during your Masters or are an early graduate from university with an educational background in marketing, business management, e-business, digital studies, economy, etc.
  • Have min. 35h/week availability, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm – you can start your work between 8 and 10 am and end it between 4 and 6 pm and work 7-8h/day
  • First professional experience gained via e.g. internship(s) – minimum 6 months
  • Experience as an active member of students organization or NGOs will be an advantage
  • Strong, proven ambition and motivation to develop your career in the area of digital marketing or e-commerce – we will check your knowledge and motivation within the process 😊
  • Good project management skills and feel full ownership of projects you are involved in
  • Ease of working in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Loads of energy, self-starter drive and a can-do-attitude
  • Good analytical skills that allow you to think strategically in a business-oriented manner
  • Quick-learner attitude, creativity, flexibility and are open-minded
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (at least C1 level)
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ease in learning new tools, systems and platforms
