Support Engineer

Location: Poznań

We are looking for a professional with experience in supporting systems in a cloud environment, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Azure as well as an excellent communicator who builds collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving/fulfilling incoming consulting desk incidents and requests (post service desk escalation) for Azure, Kubernetes and GCP
• Actively contributing to the development of knowledgebase articles
• Developing relationships with external clients to assess their technology and support needs
• Addressing client technical and performance escalations
• Investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Azure, Kubernetes and GCP
• Communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with our customers and internal stakeholders
• Embracing and promote continuous improvement efforts while providing feedback and input.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must possess a sense of urgency and passion for customer service
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Superb troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Demonstrating the ability to address problems quickly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while focused on delivering results set forth by line leadership
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Good comprehension of Microsoft Azure Services or Google Cloud Platform
