On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for the position of Strategic Account Transformation Lead (M/K).
Zadania:
- Lead and execute end-to-end transformation initiatives across strategic accounts, with a focus on growth, efficiency, and digital enablement
- Partner with customers to assess current business performance (“as-is”) and define future-state opportunities (“to-be”)
- Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and throughput
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms by developing implementation roadmaps, training programs, and governance frameworks
- Build and execute ROI-driven business cases with clear assumptions, KPIs, and measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, efficiency gains, revenue uplift)
- Lead hands-on implementation projects, including on-site assessments, process observations, and operational improvements
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, marketing, digital, and finance teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and long-term planning
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities (e.g. new business models, subscription approaches, financing solutions)
- Enhance “ease of doing business” by reducing friction and improving customer experience
Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent in strategy, operations, or business transformation is preferred)
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience in areas such as:
- Management consulting (strategy, operations, commercial transformation)
- Strategic or enterprise account management in complex B2B environments
- Business transformation or operational excellence roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact (growth, efficiency, revenue uplift)
- Experience working with large, complex organizations and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in building and executing ROI-driven business cases
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership
- Willingness to travel (~50%)
