The team you'll be part of

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be responsible for creating the Nokia-wide program focused on developing skill-based organization
  • Closely cooperate with the Program Leader and be involved in critical areas of the program
  • Collect and analyze necessary data related to people learning and development
  • Help in creating summary reports at the major milestones of the program
  • Work with professionals responsible for key HR projects at Nokia
  • Participate in digitalization and improvement of existing HR processes and tools

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Active student status (for a minimum of one more year)
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (required)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, Sharepoint
  • Data visualization (illustrations, charts, block diagrams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to details
  • Interests in the area of Learning & Development

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Have proactive attitude
  • Like solving problems
  • Feel comfortable working on several tasks at a time
