Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Zadania:

• Manage IT infrastructure assets inventory (servers, storage, routers, firewalls, WIFI WLC and WAPs, etc.)
• Manage VMware infrastructure
• Manage Veeam backups, troubleshoot failed backups, licensing
• Active Directory Management, DHCP and DNS servers management
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, connectivity, latency, VLAN/Subnets Management and hardware issues as they relate to IT infrastructure
• Upgrade IT infrastructure as needed (firmware, application updates, security patches, etc.)
• Dell Wyse and Thin Clients support
• Security and Infrastructure monitoring
• Windows Certificate Authority and ISE Certs management
• Support new IT infrastructure projects.
• Perform 2nd-level help desk duties to assist helpdesk technicians.
• Renew yearly IT infrastructure assets maintenance and support contracts (servers, storage, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of IT infrastructure yearly budget.
• MES support (Ignition Servers installation, Monitoring, Licensing, help with project implementation)
• IFS ERP Support

Wymagania:

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure administration.
• Strong VMware, Veeam, AD, DNS/DHCP skills.
• Solid understanding of networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls, WiFi).
• Experience with patching, firmware updates, monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Windows CA and certificate management.
• Experience with MES (Ignition) and ERP (IFS) support.
• Ability to lead infrastructure projects and support L2 escalations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork skills.
