During your Sales Trainee experience at Glovo, you will be able to acquire a deep understanding of Glovo business and Culture and how to use that knowledge, together with your skills, to create a sales pipeline and sign up local stores, restaurants and corporate customers around the city. 

The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and with bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform and we will help you develop all necessary skills to successfully create and foster those partnerships. 

Upon completion of this program you will have the chance to work with the support of a sales team, shaping your career path into a Glovo Sales Executive.


  • Train your current sales and negotiation skills.
  • Learn how to use one of the top notch CRMs (Salesforce).
  • Develop your pitching and story-telling skills applied to sales and negotiation.
  • Boost your analytical skills and embrace data as main support for successfully executing your work.
  • Seal partnerships with the best accounts, always aligned with the company goals.
  • As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability guidelines.
  • Build long term partnerships and help ensure a fast and smooth on boarding.
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

  1. May: phone screening - if selected, we will contact you to talk about your motivation and expectations
  2. May: homework - we might give you a task to prepare, related to the job you are applying to
  3. June: Assessment Center - selected candidates will be invited to our Glovo office for group activities (max 6 people per group)
  4. June: final interview with your future manager
  5. July: onboarding and start of the adventure!
