Growbots was born in Warsaw in December 2014 with the aspiration to change the world of sales. Over the past years, we’ve been the first Polish startup in 500 Startups accelerator in San Francisco and raised funds from leading investors from Silicon Valley and Europe (including Gil Penchina and Flashpoint VC).
Our vision is simple - we integrate data about all businesses worldwide so our clients can find their potential customers and connect with them. Think of it as a Google search, but you’re looking for new customers. It seems like we’re good at it, as today there are over 700 companies worldwide who love the product.
In 2020 we've received a significant grant and started an R&D project to build a recommendation system for B2B sales. Imagine being able to find ALL of your potential customers, pretty much automatically. Yeah, this is what we’ll give you soon!

It is an ideal role for a student or fresh graduate interested in learning more about the world of sales. You will work in a young, fun team and learn everything about startups, SaaS, business development, and sales. Btw - you can start working when the summer exam session ends so the beginning of July would be perfect. It would be best if you are based in Warsaw (we like to integrate a lot and don't want you to miss out on these opportunities), but we're open to other possibilities as well!
In this role your main responsibility will be generating outbound leads: you will research the US market in order to identify companies that might benefit from using our tool. Once you know who they are, you will reach out to them via email and other channels in order to spark their interest in Growbots. Your goal will be to ensure the initial interest of the person and to set up the first meeting with a potential customer - once it’s there, you pass the contact to our team of Account Executives, so they can present our product and bring them on board!
