For our Client, a Global Company which specializes in technology and software, we are looking for candidates for the position of Revenue Operations Analyst (M/K). Zadania:
- Strategy Development: collaborate with leadership to develop and implement revenue strategies that align with business objectives
- Process Optimization: identify and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive efforts and support from all departments
- Systems and Tools Management: oversee the implementation and optimization of tools that support revenue operations; ensure systems are integrated and align with business needs
- Forecasting and Planning: lead the development of accurate revenue forecasts and participate in strategic planning sessions to align business activities with revenue goals
- Performance Monitoring: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress against targets; recommend adjustments to strategies and tactics as necessary
- Training and Enablement: facilitate training programs and workshops to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools and skills to optimize revenue generation
- Conflict Resolution: address and resolve conflicts that may arise between departments regarding priorities or resource allocation
- Continuous Improvement: foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating processes, strategies, and tools, and recommending enhancements
Wymagania:
- Previous experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue operations, Sales in IT, Business Development
- Education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Go-to-Market Advisor
- Technical skills: Excel, Developer, SAP environment, PowerBI
- Ability of strategic planning and progress monitoring
- Ability and experience to manage a team
- Analitycal approach
