As the company undergoes significant strategic transformation, we are seeking a Regional Operations Director. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with exceptional people‑orientation, coaching skills, and the ability to lead through influence in a highly structured retail environment. Zadania:
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational ownership of all stores across several provinces in Poland.
- Implementing the companys strategy and supporting major transformation initiatives.
- Driving profitability, commercial performance, and cost efficiency across the region.
- Co‑creating and managing sales and HR budgets, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing results.
- Building customer satisfaction by engaging, motivating, and developing store teams.
- Ensuring compliance with operational standards and procedures.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, reacting proactively.
- Leading change projects related to incentive systems, staffing structures, and operational processes.
- Close collaboration with central teams (Commercial, Marketing, HR, Operations).
- Developing Regional Managers and Store Managers through coaching, mentoring, and building their independence.
- Supporting teams in adopting a more sales‑oriented, customer‑value mindset.
- Building strong, trust‑based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thriving in a dynamic environment with evolving structures and leadership.

Wymagania:
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a similar multi‑site operational leadership role within retail or related industy.
- Experience managing a distributed team and driving performance across a large geographic area.
- Higher education in management, finance, or a related field.
- English at a minimum B2 level and fluent Polish is a must.
- Strong people‑orientation with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop others.
- Proven track record in driving sales and improving commercial KPIs.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on empowerment and communication.
- High independence, strong decision‑making, and excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; strong analytical mindset.
- Openness to innovation, new technologies, and process improvements.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑changing organization undergoing structural and strategic transformation.
