Tasks
- running end-to-end recruitment processes for all our teams, both technical and non-technical (business, back-office)
- building long-lasting relationships with candidates, building candidate pipelines
- providing best candidate experience possible
- acting as a recruitment business partner, advising managers and technical recruiters on each stage of the recruitment process & suggesting improvements
- actively looking for talent and building candidate pipelines using various sources
- promoting Miquido as the employer of choice, by taking part in job fairs, conferences and meetups (currently all online)
- participating in employer branding activities, both internal and external
- coordinating & leading onboarding process, suggesting improvements
- sharing daily banter with mostly, but not only HR team
Must have
- 2+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment and successful record of placements for various positions
- keeping up to date with IT industry and local IT market news & active use of this knowledge in your daily work
- you care more about the quality, not quantity & an eye for recruitment process improvements
- ability to easily communicate and relate to all the people you cooperate with
- are no stranger to multitasking
- experience in leading onsite interviews and helping to choose the best candidate for a given position
- taking full ownership of assigned tasks and getting things done
- ability to organize your daily work independently & effectively
- fluent English (C1 level)
Nice to have
- experience in recruitment for sales, marketing and/or back office teams
- experience in leading and/or improving onboarding process
- keen interest & fresh ideas in employer branding area
6,550 - 8,900 PLN net B2B or 5,500 - 7,500 PLN gross CoE
