Zadania:
Lead end-to-end R2R (Record to Report) business transformation initiatives to optimize financial processes and systemsDesign and implement strategic improvements in financial reporting, compliance, and data managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process standardizationManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively across all levels of the organizationDevelop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryProvide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in transformation activitiesMonitor industry best practices and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance financial operationsWymagania:
13+ years of experience in Finance, especially in Record-to-Analyze (R2A): General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting.7+ years in leadership roles such as Cross-Stream Project Lead or Multi-Tower Solution Lead.Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and compliance regulationsExpertise in process analysis, redesign, and automation technologies such as ERP systems and robotic process automation (RPA)Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive and adaptable approach to change managementOferujemy:
