Opis stanowiska:

Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk. The offer is for permanent job.

Zadania:

Lead end-to-end implementation of R2R (Record to Report) transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives

Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Design and develop innovative solutions to streamline financial reporting, compliance, and data management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution

Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and tools

Wymagania:

Proven experience in Business Transformation, R2R processes, and financial systems

Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously

Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are highly desirable

Technical proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and reporting tools

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and convincingly
