The scope of your responsibilities:

• listening and evaluating calls according to quality standards,
• creating listening summaries and reports,
• sending recordings.

We are looking for candidates who:

• are fluent in spoken and written Ukrainian (C1), Russian (C1) and English (C1/B2),
• are well versed in MS Office package,
• want to have daily contact with a foreign language,
• are communicative, open-minded,
• excel at: meticulousness, accuracy and attention to detail, and are committed to the tasks assigned to them.
