What we will need from you is to:
- Assist Operations Manager and project management team in daily duties.
- Collect, verify, and process data from different sources using Excel and Power BI.
- Track and validate working hours of employees.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and surveys.
- Assist in the organization of business trips, team events, and clients visits.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to solve office daily work.
- Actively identify gaps in processes, propose and implement changes.
