We're looking for a communicative, organized person who will take the role of Project Support Assistant.
It is a keyadministrative role to help different departments go to the next level of the game.
What we want from you is:
- Daily work on multiple Excel files (import and order data from other tools when assisting on varied tasks).
- Assisting in the organization of clients visiting Testronic site.
- Assisting in the organization of business trips, team events, and clients visits.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations, surveys and Excel documents based on provided data.
- Communication with different departments to solve office daily work.

The position you are applying for is an office-based role. During the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting many businesses around the world, we have taken precautions to protect our employees and families.
During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based (from your home within Warsaw, Poland) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!
