As a member of the Project Management Office team, you will be responsible for close cooperation with Managers and Team Leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• translation of technical documentation from English into German;

• development team support;

• preparation of reports and their analysis;

• optimization of design processes;

• project access management;

• billing for development services;

• project documentation management;

• logistical planning of meetings;

• assistance in organizing meetings.

What do we expect from you:

• Very good knowledge of the German language (at least B2 Level)

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Detail-oriented and self-organized working style to keep track of open tasks and the status of functions.

• Basic understanding of the MBSE area within automotive or the zeal to learn and develop technically

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
