Project Coordinator - Working Student

Position: Wireless Telecom Working Student

Internship duration: up to 24 months 

Location: hybrid in Kraków, Poland

Education: Active student status in Management or equivalent. 

We are looking for a talented Working Student - Project Coordinator to join our team at Nokia. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in company wide and local TC administrative tasks, contributing to setup and development activities, and ensuring compliance with Scrum values. You will support Product Owners and Quality Managers, prepare reports, and assist with project coordination. Additionally, you will help with marketing, brand building, and documentation of products developed in Nokia Krakow. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will:

• Participate in the company wide/and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
• Contribute to setup, development and integration activities
• Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Support the Local Product Owners and Quality Managers by preparing reports and helping with project coordination.
• Help prepare regular status reports and presentations for the team's management and stakeholders
• Be responsible for marketing inside Nokia products developed and maintained in Nokia Krakow
• Brand building of products made within Nokia Krakow
• Documentation of products developed and maintained in Nokia Krakow

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• Active student status
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of Office applications
• Strong time management capabilities
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate and co-operate with others in various situations
• Availability for at least 4-5 hours per working day
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Self-motivated, responsible, and driven in using and acquiring skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of Scrum Methodology
• Basic level of programming skills with Python language
