During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based (from your home within Warsaw, Poland) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!

Have you ever been a Game Changer and rescued a company with the maxed out power of Excel by importing and juggling data to deliver it into order from chaos? 

Thanks to you all the documentation is accurate and up to date? 

Your good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) helped you to achieve master level of monitoring internal tools and applications? 

No other player has more efficient organization skill's rotation and god-tier comms to boost your party members?

We're looking for a communicative, organized person who will take the role of Project Assistant. 

It is a key administrative role to help different departments go to the next level of the game. 

What we want from you is: 

🕹 Daily work on multiple Excel files (import and order data from other tools when assisting on varied tasks). 

🕹 Assist in the organization of clients visiting Testronic site.  

🕹 Assist in the organization of business trips, team events, and clients visits. 

🕹 Creating PowerPoint presentations, surveys and Excel documents based on provided data. 

🕹 Communication with different departments to solve office daily work.
