The Business Support role within Procurement area is based on sustained customs compliance of products provided by Ecolab suppliers. That includes ensuring prompt and effective communication, securing right quality of documentation received, service and proactiveness.
What You Will Do:
- Verification of the received Long Term Supplier Declarations (LTSDs) in regard to the basic formal requirements: correct Ecolab Entity, validity date, stamp & signature etc.
- Introducing materials to the database: additional/new products- on business request
- Follow up with suppliers on individual cases
- Initiate reminders from the system, prepare scope etc.
- Monitoring and reporting of incoming Long Term Supplier Declarations (LTSD).
- Registering the documents on SharePoint and in tracking file.
- Monitoring shared mailbox and exchange emails with requestors as required.
- Establish a mutually beneficial, friendly but professional relationship with both internal and external customers.
- Work independently with little supervisory guidance to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively suggest process improvements.
- Demonstrate professional written communication skills, including accurate spelling and grammar in oral and non-phone communications.
- Handle numerous issues at a time, set priorities and follow through on multiple situations to maximize performance.
