WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? •candidate with at least 6 months of experience in working with customers or/and delivering P&C services,•an analytical mind and attention to details,•a great team player with customer centric mindset,•ability to deal with ambiguity well, work independently, and proactively identify and resolve employees’ queries,•an excellent English speaker (with French as an asset). HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? •support employees with HR related queries,•proactively follow up on end-to-end resolution of all cases,•maintain requests and employees’ personal data in SAP database,•prepare HR related documentation,•perform daily audits of data inputs,•generate standard and complex SAP reports,•contribute to improvement initiatives for HR processes.
