Therefore, we are building up a Center of Expertise which in addition to GBS (Global Business Services) Finance is one of the key pillars of our service delivery model. The Finance Controlling & Planning CoE has the responsibility, working closely with the division and country organizations to drive Controlling & Planning standardization. 

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for Interns with good communication skills and valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our CoE and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.


You would become a part of the FP&A team, located in (Kraków or Łódź) and would be responsible for:

  • monitoring orders intake on a regular basis
  • ensuring data accuracy by performing thorough analysis and making adjustments if required
  • supporting finance organization by explaining the details behind reported results
  • ad hoc analysis 


  • To be enrolled at university with valid student status - preferred candidates on 3rd and 4th year
  • Very good (at least B2 level) English skills; German is a plus
  • Analytical mindset
  • Keen on data analytics
  • Good command of Excel (VBA is a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Availability min. 30h per week

Recruitment process:

  • March - April - selected candidates will be contacted by the Recruiter for the phone interview
  • 20 - 22 & 27 April - Assessment Center sessions - each one will take up to 6 hours. You will go through group task, analytics test and interview with the managers.
  • May - feedbacks and presenting the offers
  • July - start of the Internship
