The position you are applying for is an office-based role. During the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting many businesses around the world, we have taken precautions to protect our employees and families.
During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based (from your home ) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. You may be required to relocate to Poland at a later date. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationship and trust between Testronic and the business partner.
- Develop mutual understanding of Testronic and business partner’s cultures and aid in sharing of this understanding between team members and the client PoCs.
- Maintain relationship with the assigned client, managing Stakeholders and their expectations
- Proactively anticipate on client requirements and meet them wherever possible.
- Implement and monitor high level processes and planning aimed at increasing Testronic's impact on the workflow and success of the assigned client.
- Training project delivery roles to better understand and manage individual project ownership initiatives for the assigned client.
- Provide guidance to project managers and project leads on the client preferences. requirements and idiosyncrasies.
- Develop and monitor continuous improvement plans for the assigned client.
- Coordinate communication between American and Polish partnerships.
- Develop and improve relationships between Testronic team members and client PoCs.
- Liaise with client and coordinate with Testronic Leads and Project Managers to establish and review meaningful metrics/KPI for assigned clients.
- Participate in think tanks and strategy sessions regarding Games service initiatives.
- Escalate issues related to service quality and/or client satisfaction to Service Delivery Manager.
- Guide the project delivery teams on the assigned client.
- Support commercial or management level discussions with the client.
- Providing internal updates on client satisfaction and overall project status to Business. Development and Senior Management.
- Support and follow-up on post-mortems and QPRs for the assigned client.
- Define and track action points required to meet program objectives for the assigned client.
