P&C Content Specialist Location: Gdańsk, Poland Entity: Knowledge Centre Europe Type: Full-Time, Hybrid, Support Professional Role Ensure Clear and Accessible P&C Content at Our Client's Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk. Our client is expanding its Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk and is looking for a talented P&C Content Specialist to maintain and evolve the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of HR process documentation and service content. This role ensures that employees and HR teams have access to clear, up-to-date, and user-friendly information through ScaniaNow and other relevant channels, supporting effective HR service delivery and employee experience.
Zadania:
- HR Process Documentation
- Create, review, and update HR process documentation, FAQs, and user guides in the internal knowledge base
- Policy & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure content is aligned with current policies, legal requirements, and internal standards
- Content Governance
- Apply governance principles to maintain consistency in tone, structure, and terminology
- Service Portfolio Management
- Maintain and update the HR Support Services portfolio, ensuring all services are clearly described, categorized, and accessible
- Process Collaboration
- Work with process owners to reflect changes in scope, responsibilities, and service levels
- Change Communication
- Support communication and rollout of new or updated services/process changes to internal stakeholders
- Content Monitoring & Improvement
- Monitor content usage and feedback to identify gaps, outdated information, or improvement opportunities
- Use analytics and user insights to enhance the usability and relevance of HR content
- Accessibility & Inclusion
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met across all published materials
- Validation & Approval
- Collaborate with HR process owners, legal, compliance, and applicable product owners to validate and approve content updates
- Digitalization & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in projects related to HR digitalization, process improvement, and employee experience
Wymagania:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to clarity and user experience
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in HR operations, knowledge management, or content development
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with HR processes and preferably ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
