Opis stanowiska:
As part of the Order Management workstream within a large international Process & IT transformation project, you will play a key role in shaping the future demand forecasting solution – from initial concept to full implementation.
Zadania:
- Collaborating with teams across different departments and brands to gather and refine requirements for the new forecasting and order management system
- Analyzing and evaluating product documentation to ensure the new system integrates smoothly into the company’s existing processes and IT landscape
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues early, and driving timely solutions
- Designing an end‑to‑end system integration concept that ensures effective interaction between existing forecasting and order processing tools and newly developed systems
- Ensuring system quality and performance through comprehensive testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
- Training employees on the new system and providing ongoing support during the initial rollout phase
Wymagania:
- University degree in engineering, economics, business informatics, logistics or a comparable field
- Knowledge or experience in demand assessment, forecasting, capacity management, S&OP, procurement or production scheduling
- Understanding of bill of materials and/or product documentation systems
- General technical understanding of trucks and commercial vehicles
- Experience with analytical tools (ideally Power BI, Python or MS Access)
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in an international environment
- High affinity for data and IT topics
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel frequently
