We're based in two offices - Kraków (IT, Operations and QE) and Berlin (Business, Finance and Sales). 

The part you will play:

The purpose of this role is to assist the Operations department in its day to day activities in order to help the team delivering the perfect ride experience for our customers. You will be helping us with live monitoring of our global dispatching platform working directly with our drivers from all six major continents. You will be in direct contact with our partners to ensure they have all information they need before executing our rides and reach out to our business customers via email or phone to inquire for further information when needed. From the first day, you will be involved in our daily operations and you will see how it is to work in a product company and have a real impact on it!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming requests via the available contact channels (Phone, Email, Chat)
  • Conduct driver briefings for upcoming VIP rides
  • Screen upcoming bookings and provide customer follow-ups in case of missing booking information
  • Live monitoring of our global platform
  • Placing and administrating new bookings in our system
  • Conducting ad-hoc tasks to ensure a smooth pickup for our customers

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service-based role
  • A positive attitude and the ability to deliver a first-class customer experience
  • It is essential that you have a professional manner and excellent communication skill
  • Detail oriented, well organised and motivated person 
  • Problem solving skills and a ''can do '' attitude
  • Ambitious student eager to make a difference
  • Fluent English speakers ( other language i.e. German, French, Spanish will be an advantage)

This role offers varying shift patterns which are discussed at interview stage.
