The position you are applying for, is an office-based role. During the COVID -19 pandemic that is effecting many businesses around the world, we have taken precautions to protect our employees and families.
During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based (from your home within Poland) and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!
About the roleKey responsibilities
- Identify improvements and escalate issues related to business operation to Director of QA/Director of Operations
- Oversee the Resource Management Team
- Identify recruitment needs on higher positions within Operations and escalate them to Service Delivery and Recruitment teams
- Resolve any potential conflicts or problems in team requirements for successful project delivery
- Supervise salary reviews across line management delta
- Ensure consistency of service delivery
- Point of escalation for Service Delivery Management team (when necessary)
- 1st stage holiday approval for staff within Line Management Delta
- Adhere to company security procedures and escalate perceived breaches to supervisor
- Apply and comply with company policies and procedures and evangelize them
- Monitor established metrics/KPI and follow up appropriately
Typical daily tasks (not exhaustive) - Drive contingency and support development across team structures
- Support commercial or management level discussions
- Drive the resolution of conflicts or priority calls with the Resource Management and Service Delivery teams
- Provide internal updates on client satisfaction and overall project status to Business Development and key Management
- Making sure that meaningful data is being collected by the Management team
- Drive data analysis efforts in the department
- Provide support and guidance to the Resource Management Team
- Ensure forecasting processes are consistently followed and key information is proactively shared
