What you will do

• Manage front desk functions such as incoming and outgoing mail, invoices and deliveries
• Maintain the condition of workspace in our office
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies
• Provide support to Office Manager in day-to-day tasks
• Help with organizing business trips and events
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Co-build the positive work atmosphere
• Cooperate with international team of Office Assistants

Who you are

• You are a very organized person
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
• You have the energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
• You are fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
• You are easy going, open to others and empathetic
• Administrative/office experience is a plus
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
