Zadania:
Lead the transformation of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all relevant departmentsDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cash flow, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and design innovative solutions that align with organizational goalsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and implement continuous improvementsEnsure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies throughout the transformation processWymagania:
Proven experience in leading large-scale O2C transformation projectsStrong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash applicationExcellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or other financial management softwareRelevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean are highly desirableFluency in English, both written and spoken, is essentialOferujemy:
