Job Overview:
This role’s main deliverable will be delivering key monthly reporting for the sector NRM team, as well as refreshing annual NRM PSP analytics. The individual will collate and process the relevant data, and support producing the final presentational output ready for circulation with key NRM and business stakeholders.
The key monthly reports in focus will be:
the NRM financial performance, leveraging internal financial information
Category NRM reports will use a blend of internal and external market data to assess PepsiCo’s performance.
Key examples of refresh analytics are:
Price tier modelling to support defining the brand positioning strategy
Annual brand/ value factbooks to inform AOP plans with brand managers and local BU NRM teams
There is potential for this role to support streamline and report automation projects with the NRM 2.0 team to improve the service levels of key reports to the business. The role will require heavy interaction with peer analysts, finance leads, and Revenue Managers in the business units to validate business performance drivers.
The role will focus on:
Deliver monthly NRM diagnostics to the aligned stakeholder schedule;
NRM Performance review for sector NRM leadership team
Category NRM Performance review to NRM category leads/ category leadership teams
This will require:
Processing internal and external KPIs in Excel, using financial and Nielsen data sets
Synthesising outputs into standard reporting templates in PowerPoint
Validating and collating qualitative inputs from local finance and NRM teams.
Deliver key annual strategy diagnostics, including, but not limited to:
Price Tier analytics for Snacks, select Beverage segments
Brand/ value factbooks during PSP/ ACP
This will require:
Diagnostics requirements includes excel modelling on internal (financial) and external (Nielsen) data
Synthesising outputs defined by sector NRM team in PowerPoint
Support refinement of analytics and output as the subject matter expert on these models
Support Diagnostics Automation Agenda: Partner with NRM 2.0 agenda to identify automation opportunities with well grooved diagnosis processes
This will require:
Cross collaboration skills with sector NRM 2.0 teams
Identify opportunities to automate grooved monthly diagnostics process utilising automation toolsets such as Tableau
Initial responsibilities in this role are focused on knowledge capture. It will take up to several months to transition the know-how into our Krakow center until the actual delivery will start.
In that time, you will have direct exposure to the business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for; you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model; and we encourage you to identify, design, and document improvement solutions. On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Krakow center.
