What will you do?
- You will be part of the team that manages and sets the global standards for marketing automation.
- Advice, and recommend the best systems and tools for the data collection, analysis, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Create concepts, analyze data, and implement marketing solutions to address the challenges faced by our customers and generate value.
- Creating digital marketing campaigns and leveraging the connections with powerful A.I.- driven models leveraging growing marketing automation toolkit.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing automation, customer lifecycle management, and campaign management.
- Polish native.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1).
- 1 year of experience in the end-to-end implementation of using marketing automation tools.
- A natural curiosity and passion for marketing, marketing technologies and a strong understanding of marketing and industry trends
- experience with leading mar-tech solutions, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Tableau, Power BI)
- Good understanding of web development (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS).
- An analytical and logical perspective, with the ability to view a problem from different angles.
- Customer-facing and excellent oral and written communication skills.
