We are currently looking to recruit for a:

Junior Vendor Support Specialist with German (internship)

As a Vendor Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the front-line communication and support for our suppliers and for quick resolution of invoice, payment and ordering queries received from external suppliers or internal clients

What You Will Do:

• Supporting suppliers from various European countries
• Providing information on the status of invoices and the date of their payment
• Managing notifications from suppliers and analyzing incorrectly issued invoices

What You Will Need:

• Student status
• Availability minimum 20-30 hours per week
• Good command of English and German
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel at a very good level
