THE WORK:
The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Product Design.
Good understanding of the entire product design spectrum, including research, concept development, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and final visual design deliverables.
Proficiency in Figma, with a focus on visualising concepts, prototyping, and working with design systems
Strong presentation skills to effectively explain design concepts.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Design.
A portfolio with at least one commercial project
Fluency in Polish and English (C1), you will be part of international teams.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating and facilitating design workshops.
Experience in working with design libraries/systems in Figma or other design tools.
Basic knowledge of development processes.
