Our Recruitment Operations team is involved in the broadly defined support of recruitment and recruitment-related processes at KPMG companies in Western Europe. Among other things, we are responsible for the preparation of employee documentation, coordinate recruitment meetings between candidates, business and recruiters, deal with direct search for candidates and carry out pre-screening.
Due to further development of the Swiss team, we are currently recruiting for the position of Junior HR Specialist with German.
What will you do:
- Direct support of the Swiss HR team in recruitment related activities
- Interview scheduling
- Support for candidates during the entire recruitment process
- Preselection of candidates
- Job posting
- Preparation of employee documentation
We expect:
- Fluency in German and English - at C1 level
- High motivation to work and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Availability to work full time
- First experience in HR administration, data processing or customer service is nice to have
